Features:
Thisproduct is mainly used for whitening and brightening of blending fabrics suchas polyester and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyesterramie, polyester wool as well as whitening of chemical fiber and plastic. Thisproduct applies to pad dyeing and HTHP dip dyeing, especially low temperatureadsorption and high temperature setting process.

Applications

1. Pad-dyeing hot melt method:

Use quantity: 1.5-3g/L

Process flow: two dip dyeing and two paddyeing (mangle expression 70%) →pre-drying (100℃)→curing and setting (180－190℃, 40-30s).

2. HTHP dip dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.2～0.5% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10～20

Dyeing temperature: 120～130℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 60 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted withacetic acid)

3．Low temperature adsorption and hightemperature color development dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.5～1.0% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10～20

Dyeing temperature: 50～60℃

Dyeing time: 30 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted withacetic acid)

Process flow: add BC-100 whitening agentand additive (anhydrous sodium sulphate 1-2% relative weight of dyed cloth,acetone is adjusted in PH) and fabric to dye bath at room temperature→temperature rises to 50℃, deying for 30min→washing→dehydration and pre-drying (100℃)→setting and baking (180-190℃, 40-30s).

Package & Storage:

25kg/50kg plastic drums. It can be packedin other forms according to user's requirements.

Shelf life: not more than 12 months inthe room temperature.

Cautions:

1.If suspension liquid is foundprecipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect theuse effect.
