Fluorescent brightener OB, CASno. 7128-64-5, has a pale yellow powder appearance; bright blue light;temperature resistance within 220°C; non-toxic, odorless, meeting environmentalprotection requirements, with a light natural color, pure color light, goodstability, and moderate price. It is hardly soluble in water but soluble inalkanes, mineral oils, and common organic solvents. Fluorescent brightener OBcan be applied to most plastic products such as PE, PP, PS, and ABS. Moreover, fluorescent brightener OB has good light transmittance and is suitable fortransparent plastic products. It can also be used for whitening in paints, coatings, and printing inks. In practical use, fluorescent brightener OB shouldbe added at 0.01-0.05% of the weight of plastic. Fully mix it evenly withvarious plastic particles. Similar foreign products are: Uvitex OB.

Fluorescent brightener OB-1,CAS no. 1533-45-5, has a yellow-green powder appearance; blue or blue-violetlight; temperature resistance within 400°C; insoluble in water, odorless, andhas stable performance. It is suitable for whitening and brightening ofpolypropylene plastics, rigid PVC, ABS, EVA, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc.,and is especially suitable for whitening of plastic products molded at high temperatures.Add fluorescent brightener OB-1 at 0.01-0.05% of the weight of plastic orpolyester particles before various plastic product molding processes or beforepolyester fiber spinning. Fully mix it evenly with plastics.

Fluorescent brightener FP-127,CAS no. 40470-68-6, has a pale yellow crystalline powder appearance;blue-violet light; temperature resistance within 240°C; has strong acid andalkali resistance. Fluorescent brightener 127 has a very good whitening effecton various plastics and plastic products. It has an especially ideal whiteningand brightening effect on artificial leather products and has the advantage ofnot yellowing or fading after long-term storage.
Add fluorescent brightener FP-127 at 0.01-0.05% of the weight of plastic beforevarious plastic product molding processes. Fully mix it evenly with plasticparticles.

Fluorescent brightener KCB,CAS no. 5089-22-5, has a yellow-green crystalline powder appearance; brightblue light; temperature resistance within 230°C; has good whitening effect andoutstanding stability. It is mainly used for whitening of EVA foam, shoematerials, synthetic fibers and plastics. It can be used for whitening ofplastic films, compression molding materials, and injection molding materials. In practical use, the dosage of fluorescent brightener KCB is generally0.01-0.05% of the weight of the whitened material. Fully mix this brightenerevenly with the particles to be whitened and then conduct molding processing.

Fluorescent brightener KSN,CAS no. 5242-49-9, appears as bright yellow powder. It is insoluble in waterbut can be dissolved in high boiling point organic solvents such astrichlorobenzene. The structural type is a stilbene bisbenzimidazole compound.
Fluorescent brightener KSN has a similar chemical structure to OB-1, but itswhitening effect on polyester fibers and plastic products is better than thatof OB-1. Moreover, its compatibility with plastics is better than that of OB-1.A very small amount can produce a very good whitening effect, which is farbeyond that of OB-1. KSN not only has excellent high temperature resistance butalso has excellent sunlight resistance and weather resistance. Fluorescentbrightener KSN is also suitable for whitening of polymer fibers such aspolyamide and polyacrylonitrile. It can also be added at any processing stageof synthetic polymers and has a good whitening effect.
Add fluorescent brightener KSN at 0.01-0.05% of the weight of plastic orpolyester particles before various plastic molding processes or polyester fiberdrawing. Fully mix it evenly with the materials.
